Requirements
- Team player is a must
- Min 2 years of experience in Digital Ads and/or Email Marketing
- Proficiency in tracking with Google Tag Manager, Pixel, Retargeting, Audience List, etc
- Deep understanding of audience retargeting and look-a-likes
- Knowledge in Product/Merchant Feed
- Deep understanding in User ID tracking
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Deep understanding in conversion logic
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Paid Ads initiative
- Align with manager to establish paid ads strategy
- Monitoring and improving ads performance
- Propose monthly budgeting
- Monitoring LTV generated by paid ads
